Naresh Budhayer

With a deep passion for cricket and a strong commitment to the community, Naresh Budhayer brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the Scarborough Nepali Cricket Club (SNCC). As one of the founding board members of SNCC, Naresh is dedicated to inspiring greater participation in cricket, nurturing emerging talent, and strengthening the community’s appreciation for the game by building meaningful connections and creating clear pathways for aspiring cricketers to achieve their dreams.

A highly accomplished all-rounder, Naresh has proudly represented Nepal on the international stage, including at the 2014 ICC World Twenty20 tournament, the 2014 ACC Premier League, the 2013 SPA Cup, and the 2011 ACC Under-19 Elite Cup. His international exposure includes competing in countries such as England and Australia, further enriching his understanding of the game at the highest levels.

Naresh also brings extensive coaching experience, having served as Head Coach at Bloomfield Cricket Academy, Toronto, and ActionZone Cricket, Toronto. His international playing background, combined with his proven coaching leadership, continues to play a vital role in the growth and development of SNCC both on and off the field.
